FAQ for Adoptable Art
General
❥ Designs will not be resold by the artist, but buyers receive a non-exclusive license to use the purchased adoptable for personal use only, including free trading.❥ When free trading the adopted design, buyers must credit the original artist.❥ Commercial use or resale of the adoptable design is prohibited without the artist's explicit written permission. This can be purchased by the buyer at a later point if the buyer does not purchase it at auction.❥ Custom modifications to adoptables may be available for an additional fee. Again, feel free to email or DM me about this option!
Payment & Holding
❥ PayPal / USD is the only acceptable form of payment.❥ Adoptable designs can be held for a maximum of 48 hours upon request. Full payment must be received within the 48-hour holding period to secure the adoptable.❥ If payment is not received within 48 hours, the hold will be released, and the adoptable will become available for others to purchase.❥ Please ensure your PayPal account is verified and in good standing before making a purchase.
Return Policy
❥ All sales are final! No returns or refunds will be issued for adoptable art purchases. So, please carefully review the adoptable before making your purchase decision!

Commission FAQs
❥ A 50% deposit upfront is required to reserve a commission slot via PayPal with the remaining 50% due upon completion.❥ Estimated completion time is 2-4 weeks, depending on complexity and current workload. Clients will receive WIP (Work in Progress) updates at key stages of the commission.❥ The client needs to provide a clear and detailed description of the desired commission. Fill out the form at the bottom of the page with a brief description of your commission idea and I will reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss your project further!❥ NSFW commissions are accepted, but the artist reserves the right to deny any requests that involves illegal or extremely offensive content. No extreme fetish/kink content or depiction of minors is permitted in this category, no exceptions.❥ No refunds will be issued once work has begun. Cancellations before work starts may be subject to a processing fee.❥ Major revisions are allowed up to two times, and only during the sketch phase. Further revisions will lead to extra charges and will vary depending on the complexity of the revision. These revisions and charges can be discussed.❥ The artist maintains the rights to the commissioned artwork, which may be used for promotional and portfolio purposes. Unless explicitly stated, commissions are for personal use only. Commercial rights can be negotiated for an additional fee.
